The American Frontier Culture Foundation is devoted to helping the Frontier Culture Museum of Virginia, located in Staunton, VA, preserve and celebrate the diverse history that shaped America. Through ongoing support of both permanent and temporary exhibits, the Foundation ensures that visitors can explore authentic structures, furnishings, and artifacts that bring past eras to life. Funding from the Foundation also enables the Museum to acquire and reconstruct historic buildings, faithfully reproducing the architectural details and everyday items that defined earlier generations.
In addition to safeguarding historic structures, the Foundation provides resources for the Museum’s educational initiatives—ranging from teacher workshops and special lectures to immersive field trips for students. These programs illuminate the stories of people who built early communities, offering hands-on experiences that spark curiosity and appreciation for our shared heritage. By investing in the Museum’s core mission, the American Frontier Culture Foundation keeps our nation’s cultural history vivid and accessible for learners of all ages.
